Chelsea star accused of leading revolt against Mourinho

FabregasChelsea fans have spilt their pints in shock this afternoon in the Transfer Tavern, after reading reports of a suggested mutiny at Stamford Bridge.

Popular columnist The Secret Footballer claimed that Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas was leading a revolt against the under-fire Chelsea boss, a suggestion the Blues ace took to social media to quickly deny.

With 6 defeats already in the Premier League, conceding a whopping 22 goals and keeping just two clean sheets in 11 games, Chelsea face a stern test to qualify for the Champions League come May.

Negative stories concerning the West London side have flooded the back pages of the media in recent weeks but Fabregas denied any wrongdoing, stating he supports under-fire boss Jose Mourinho.

‘I would like to clarify that contrary to a few reports from some online websites, I am extremely happy at Chelsea and have an excellent relationship with the manager.

‘There’s maybe certain individuals from the outside trying to destabilise this club but I strongly believe that we will bounce back and come good again.’

The story follows claims at the weekend stated on Sportswearwhere it was suggested one first-team star would rather lose than win under Mourinho.
