  1. Mmmmm, Marmite man himself. You know I can’t help thinking that there’s a great player waiting to get out in JJ?. If we played Arsenal every week, he’d be the man of match, although we’d lose in the process.
Would think it’ll do JJ more good going abroad,as his style would be more suited to European football, but still have this feeling that someone is going to get a hell of a player, but seemingly not us!. Great bargaining chip along with Keane though.

  2. Really is time for Jenas to move on now. Not a coincidence we had our best spell in years without him in the side. One very occasional good game from him every now and again just not enough. Doubt would be happy warming the bench and would probably fetch a fair few quid so time to cash in. City would be ideal as we’d be in effect weakening our nearest rivals in the process.

  3. JJ to City, you’ve got to be kidding. In your dreams. he’s pants and we have far better in our team already…..ridiculous story.

  4. could and should of been a great player but he aint going to make the grade at spurs so we might as well get some money for him while we can. city fans want the best players with all their money but the problem is they aint got any class, pedigree, history or tradition so they struggle to get the kaka’s etc. jenas would be a great signing for them

  5. It never ceases to amaze me the pure arrogance of Spurs fans. Guvnor, please try to explain to me how City have no “class, pedigree, history or tradition”. |Just because the last time City had any prolonged success was in the 70’s as opposed to Spurs’s in the 80’s, what makes you in a position to make that statement. Spurs haven’t done anything since the 80’s, so your misplaces arrogance is uneccessary. The Jenas story is a joke, obviously, and for you to honestly think that Spurs have some sort of god given right to be considered in another breath above City (and many other clubs for that matter) is pathetic, yet a fairly common thing from Spurs fans.
Spurs fans really should wake up. I have no reason why you seem to think that you, very arrogantly in my opinion, have a place above the likes of City, Villa, Everton and anyone else who might be challenging the sky four at any particular moment, but you don’t. I know a lot of Spurs fans aren’t like you, but there seem to be a very large number and I’d quite happily see you come crashing down with a bang from the CL and out of the top 4.

  6. Blendda!. If Spurs hadst qualified at City’s expense, then I’d have been more than happy if NAY of the teams below us had taken our place, except Liverpool. Spurs have won the F..A cup in 91 and the league cup in 99. Secondly you compared us to you, which is totally unfair as we, along with Everton and Villa don’t have the benefits of oodles of Euro cash (Arsenal/Lierpool) or a major benefactor(Chelsea/Man City propping us up, and therefore elevating a club into a challenging position.Spurs fans have every reason to puff out their chests with pride, as we’ve done it, against the odds. If you wish us ill, its nothing short of frustration in your failure to get a single point against us, or even score a goal for that matter.
If you were looking to purchase a club, and needed a methodology for success both on the field and in the boardroom, who’s blueprint would you opt for?, there’s only one answer isn’t there?
