The Chelsea fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are loving life under Antonio Conte…
The Italian boss has come in and spearheaded a remarkable turnaround in form at Stamford Bridge, with Chelsea currently sitting proud at the top of the Premier League.
For the most part, Conte has got all of his players firing – and that has been proven by the fact that he has consistently chosen to play the same team over the last few weeks.
However, despite his successes – there are a number of players in the Chelsea first team that are simply not playing well enough this season.
They might be getting game time, or they might be resigned to the bench – but Antonio Conte only has a small squad to play with, and he must ensure that everyone is pulling their weight and is at the top of their game.
With that said, Conte really needs to get more out of these 2 Chelsea stars
Nemanja Matic

Nemanja Matic has made it back into the first team this season – but in truth, he is still not playing at the level that we all know he can.
During his debut season in England, the Serbian was a marvel in the heart of the midfield – he was stunning defensively whilst also maintaining an offensive threat, but that is no longer the case.
Matic used to be a player that would put fear into opposition attackers, but he no longer does. Conte must change that.
He has been playing, and playing well – but he is far away from the Matic that dominated the midfield earlier in his tenure.
Willian

Willian has lost his place in the Chelsea first team to Pedro, and it is easy to see why.
Whilst Pedro is threatening down the wing and scoring goals, Willian has largely looked ineffective when given an opportunity – and unless that changes, you would expect his bit-part role to continue.
This is particularly frustrating as last season Willian was unbelievable – and if that level of form returned, Chelsea would be an unstoppable force.
