Crystal Palace midfielder Jesurun Rak-Sakyi netted on his England Under-20 debut on Monday.
And, as to be expected, a number of Palace supporters were quick to react to the news on social media.
Rak-Sakyi was called up to the squad at the beginning of the month after Everton’s Anthony Gordon pulled out.

The 18-year-old, who signed his first professional Palace contract in April, made his Eagles debut under Patrick Vieira at the beginning of the season and has now made his first appearance for England’s Under-20 side.
He came on for Manchester City’s James McAtee with 13 minutes remaining and scored his nation’s final goal in stoppage time to round off a comfortable 6-1 win.
