Crystal Palace arrived at St George’s Park on Monday ahead of their pre-season camp.

New Palace manager Patrick Vieira is into his second week as Eagles boss and will take training at the FA’s national football centre this week, with a behind-closed-doors friendly against Portsmouth on Friday.

One player who was spotted arriving was free agent Nathaniel Clyne, with many supporters thinking that he could have re-signed for the club.

The 30-year-old’s Selhurst Park contract expired on July 1 and the right-back is still without a club but he was seen in Palace attire with the rest of the squad.

A number of senior Palace players became free agents at the beginning of the month, but it seems as if Clyne is the only one still with the group.
