Our Everton fans here in the Transfer Tavern are pleased with how their season went and they are now looking forward to a summer that should see them sign players.
Certainly, the men from Goodison Park need to get some extra names in to help them begin to challenge the top six but whilst we wait to see who comes in there can be no doubt that they need to keep their best players.
The future of Ross Barkley, of course, is uncertain right now and things have just gone a bit more wrong for him with him left out of the England squad.
Fans, then, would like to see the Everton man in it and that has duly been reflected on Twitter:
