Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait for their side to get going in the summer window now that they have a new manager in place.
Indeed, Thomas Christiansen is the man tasked with getting players in to help the club get into the top flight and it remains to be seen just who he manages to bring in.
Even so, he has been quick to action some changes with Pep Clotet on his way out of the club as assistant manager – a man who was certainly popular with the fans.
Meanwhile, someone who lost his popularity – Garry Monk – was quick to wish Clotet all the best on Twitter, too, and fans were certainly quick to respond to this.
Here, then, is the best of what has been said:
It’s been a fantastic journey, @pepclotet. I’m sure you’ll do great wherever you go. All the best for you too, big man! https://t.co/4sPs8uCsXr
