Liverpool are looking at having an unbelievable season. The club has the strongest squad that they’ve had for a long time and with Jurgen Klopp’s man management, they look destined to win silverware in the next 12 months. One man that looks to have flown under the radar this summer is Dominic Solanke, who made his debut exactly a year ago today.

Solanke had a fairly slow year in his first full 12 months at Anfield, he managed just a single Premier League goal in his first year at Anfield, a lovely strike against Brighton on the final day of the season. it did, though, take him 21 attempts to do that after failing to net in his first 20 appearances, even if the vast majority of those games were from the bench with little time left in matches.
Solanke will be hoping he can make much more of an impact on the club this time around, even if he only gets limited game time in the domestic cups. Plenty of fans will be shocked if the 20-year-old gets game time in the Premier League, especially seeing as Roberto Firmino and a resurgent Daniel Sturridge ook to be the two first choice strikers at Anfield for Klopp this time around.

He’ll come good for us, just a bit of patience is needed.

Just from these tweets, you can see that the fans can’t wait to see Solanke come good at Anfield and will be hoping he can get goals in a Klopp side in the future.
