The Gunners managed to secure all three points against a difficult Bournemouth side last time out, which helped pile the pressure on Chelsea in fourth position, who ended up losing to Spurs at Wembley Stadium.
However, the North London club will have one eye on the January transfer window, with a couple of reinforcements helping the club reach the next level at the Emirates.
Interestingly, the month of December will have a huge say on how Arsenal’s season pans out as they have the opportunity to sneak into the top four, but things could also go horribly wrong.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been on fire this season as he continues to establish himself as one of the best attackers in world football, with 10 goals and one assist to his name already.
The Gabon international was crowned as the EA Sports Player of the Month for October in the Premier League and he managed to bring his form with him into the month of November, so supporters will be desperate for the striker to produce another emphatic month in the lead up to the New Year to really help their European push.
MOVE AHEAD OF SPURS IN RACE FOR TOP FOUR
Arsenal have struggled to get the better of fierce North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in years gone by, so they’ll be desperate to turn things around in the current campaign.
However, the Gunners currently sit in fifth position on 27 points, while Spurs are in third position on 30 points.
But, with the North London derby coming up tomorrow and a jam-packed month ahead for both teams, Unai Emery will be looking to get the very best out of his star-studded squad to give fans an early Christmas present and a delightful New Year.
