Snapped up from Grasshopper Zurich last January, the 22-year-old has been away from Goodison Park on loan from the get-go, first back in his Swiss homeland with the team he signed for the Toffees from before heading to Germany’s Bundesliga to represent Frankfurt.
Although he has not had the best of times with the Eagles – he’s made just 13 outings – he remains highly-rated and TMW believe that Torino are particularly keen on him.
As well as the Serie A outfit, Espanyol, Villarreal and Mainz are supposedly keen on Tarashaj, which could force Everton into a dilemma regarding what to do with the player if he, as is expected, wants a settled 2017/18 with a specific club rather than a loan move.
It appears likely that Ronald Koeman will want to at least assess the five-cap Switzerland international in pre-season, but it remains to be seen what happens.
