Everton fans have concurred with club legend Andy Gray on Marco Silva after his former side’s 5-2 defeat to Liverpool in the Merseyside derby.
The Portuguese manager is under severe pressure and it has escalated each week as the Toffees now sit in the relegation zone, with just four victories and nine defeats in their first 15 Premier League games of the season.

This leaves the board in a difficult position as they could struggle to find a suitable successor to replace him, with names such as David Moyes and Mark Hughes currently being linked.

Speaking to beIN SPORTS (via the Liverpool Echo), Andy Gray believed that the club is in more than just a crisis and believes that Silva’s position as manager is now “untenable”.
Supporters were in agreement with the words of Gray and made their feelings clear on the current issues at the club on social media. One fan said that the second half was like an “exhibition match”.
