According to reports from Italy, Carlo Ancelotti is keen on reuniting with Kalidou Koulibaly and bringing him to Merseyside. However, fans are torn on the idea.
As reported by Gazetta Dello Sport (via HITC), Napoli’s star centre-back has been linked to both Liverpool and Everton ahead of the summer transfer window. Ancelotti is reportedly looking to bring Koulibaly to Goodison Park but their red neighbours are favourites to get his signature.

According to The Times, Napoli do not want to part with the 28-year-old and have slapped a hefty £90 million price tag on him.
Blues fans are divided when it comes to debating over taking Koulibaly at Everton, with many stating his price tag is far too high. Others however, would love to see the Senegal international join the ranks as Ancelotti rolls up his sleeves in the upcoming window.
One supporter has said Koulibaly is a ‘colossus‘ and would be a ‘statement signing’ for Everton whilst another thinks he is ‘past his best’.
Can't see this one happening. Cheaper better options elsewhere

Would be a massive statement signing and my new favourite player but can’t see it a colossus !!!

I love him, but I also wouldn’t want to financially cripple the club. You’re talking £60m+ and the likelihood of us recouping that through either success or selling him for a profit is highly unlikely.
I would have gone for it 2/3 years ago but not now, happy with Gabriel

What’s your take, Blues? Should the club push to sign Koulibaly or is he too pricy of a target? Join the discussion in the comments!
