Lucas Digne has opened up about his feelings towards Everton and the fans in a recent club interview.
Whilst the Premier League is currently still on standby, Everton’s left-back has spoken about his life during the current situation and how he has been coping without football.

“I miss a lot about football. I miss seeing my teammates every day, although we have kept in contact and speak together a lot,” Digne said in an interview with Everton. “I also miss the atmosphere inside Goodison and the relationship we have with the fans.
“I have felt the love from the supporters ever since I arrived at Everton. I want to give back on the pitch and I have given everything for the Club since I have been here.”

The Frenchman joined the Merseyside outfit in 2018 from Barcelona for a fee of £18million (via BBC Sport). Since his arrival, he has established himself in the team, chalking up 67 appearances and assisting 11 goals in that time (via Transfermarkt).
