Everton: Fans blast link to Manchester United outcast Jesse Lingard

Many Everton fans have been blasting a transfer link claiming that Manchester United and England outcast Jesse Lingard is a potential target for the Blues.

As previously reported by the Daily Mirror, the Goodison Park faithful are thought to hold a significant interest in signing the 27-year-old, with West Ham, West Brom, Rangers and Celtic also among the other clubs fighting for his signature.

Some supporters of the Merseyside club have since given their reaction to this piece of news on Twitter, and it is safe to say that they were not happy.

Lingard has never reached double figures in terms of goals in his professional club career so far, and has only played in two games all season for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team, which may leave some Toffees to question his match fitness and sharpness.
