Everton fans have blasted the club after Vitor Pereira was linked with becoming the next manager at Goodison Park.
Pereira, who is the current boss of Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG, has become a candidate to take the reins at the Toffees alongside club legend David Moyes.
The 51-year-old has previously been in charge of top European clubs such as FC Porto, Olympiakos and Fenerbahce and was interviewed for the job before Everton hired Roberto Martinez in 2013.
There is a big job to fix the issues at the Blues as the club sit in the relegation zone and have lost nine of their first 15 Premier League games during the current campaign.

Sky Sports suggested that Pereira could be high up the list of the Merseyside club’s hierarchy to bring to the club.
