Loads of Everton fans have been hailing Jean-Philippe Gbamin as Toffee TV shared a video of him training to continue his rehabilitation.
Indeed, the defensive midfield player has had quite a horrible injury record dating back to his time with both Mainz and RC Lens, while he missed a pretty staggering 42 matches for the Goodison Park faithful in the 2019/20 season (Transfermarkt).

Nonetheless, Gbamin could still have a lot to offer Carlo Ancelotti’s team, as in the 2018/19 term before his move to the Merseyside club from Mainz, the Ivory Coast international won a rather impressive 5.3 of his duels per match in the Bundesliga and also averaged 1.6 tackles and one interception per game (Sofascore).
