Plenty of Everton fans have been lauding a transfer link to Santiago Arias as Spanish football journalist Carlos Aleman has reported on his official Twitter page that the Merseyside club are back in for the Atletico Madrid ace in the summer window having previously cooled their interest.
Indeed, the future of Jonjoe Kenny is uncertain at the Toffees following his loan spell away at German side FC Schalke 04, while Djibril Sidibe has returned to AS Monaco after his own loan spell at Goodison Park.

Therefore Carlo Ancelotti may be looking to strengthen in the right-back area with potentially just club-captain Seamus Coleman to call upon in that position if Kenny were to leave.
Arias averaged more tackles, interceptions, blocks, shots, key passes and crosses than the Irish international (per Whoscored) in their respective domestic leagues in the 2019/20 term, and so the 28-year old may be a viable option for the Italian boss should the Blues decide to make an official offer.

Reactivado tema Arias para el Everton, el tema se había enfriado pero parece que ahora está de nuevo en la hoguera a fuego lento. https://t.co/mISWXuyQ2T
