Many Everton fans were left to laud the transfer update given by the Goodison Park faithful on Yannick Bolasie.
As per the official website of the Merseyside club, the 31-year-old has moved to Middlesbrough on a loan deal for the rest of the 2020/21 term.

If Bolasie performs well in the EFL Championship, then a permanent move to Neil Warnock’s team could well be on the cards, which would suit the Toffees.
The DR Congo international has only managed to score a mere two goals and make just four assists in 32 games in total in all competitions over two consecutive seasons for the Blues, and has not made a senior appearance for them since 2018 (Transfermarkt).

Nonetheless, his departure, albeit on loan, will free up some wages and space in the squad, as Carlo Ancelotti’s side ponders making any signings before this month’s window shuts.
