Everton fan account @thetoffees_com has asked fellow fans if Dominic Calvert-Lewin reminds them of any previous Blues players and the praise is piling in for the forward.
The 23-year-old – who recently penned a new five-year deal with the club – has been Everton’s star performer this season. Calvert-Lewin has helped drag his side out of a relegation battle by contributing 13 goals in the Premier League alone (via Transfermarkt).

The striker has established himself at Everton after originally being a product of Sheffield United’s youth system. Calvert-Lewin joined the Blues in 2016 from his boyhood club for a fee of £1.5m (via Sky Sports).
Some fans have responded to the tweet and are comparing him to some former Everton greats. One Evertonian has likened him to Seamus Coleman and has said ‘he’s impressed me this season’. Other supporters have branded him like Graeme Sharp, with one fan saying DCL has ‘better feet than Sharpy’.

Sharpy, he has better feet than Sharpy at his age but his movement, ability and effort puts me in mind of him.
