Everton fans have rubbished rumours linking their side with the Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot, according to reports in Italy.
The newly-appointed Carlo Ancelotti is familiar with the midfielder from his time at the French giants Paris Saint-Germain and is understood to want to the Frenchman to come to Goodison Park.
Whether that is on a permanent basis or for just a short term loan is the question and one that the Italian media are disagreeing on.
Tuttosport (via Sport Witness) say that Everton ‘insist’ on signing the player and are prepared to pay £25.4m (€30m).
Meanwhile, Corriere Dello Sport (via Sport Witness) believe differently, and feel that the Blues will try and secure him on loan, with the option to buy,
Supporters were not interested in the Rabiot links and made their feelings clear on social media. One fan said that he reminds him of Marouane Fellaini, while another said that he has a serious attitude problem.
