Loads of Everton fans have been reacting to some comments made by Carlo Ancelotti on their rumoured pursuit of Isco.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with DIRECTV SportsCo (via Sport Witness), the Italian boss said:
“It is not true that I am behind Isco. We haven’t started thinking about the team for the January market.”
Indeed, these comments have concerned some members of the Goodison Park faithful, not just because it seems their chances of signing him have taken a step back, but also because Ancelotti has revealed that they have not thought about their potential recruitment in the January transfer window.

Isco could thrive under his former coach, as he scored 17 goals and supplied a further 22 assists in 106 matches over all competitions over two consecutive seasons while playing for Ancelotti with Los Blancos (Transfermarkt).
The 28 year-old may also relish the chance to play with his former teammate in James Rodriguez, who can help him adapt to life in the Premier League.
