Everton: Fans react to reports that Lucas Digne will be offered a new deal

Everton fans have been debating the news that Lucas Digne will be offered a new contract at Goodison Park, as per reports in the Daily Mail.

The Toffees recently confirmed that Richarlison had signed a new long-term deal that would see him stay at Goodison Park until 2024.

The club now aims to do the same with left-back Digne, who joined Everton from Barcelona for £18m in 2018.

Since arriving at the club, he has cemented his place in the starting line-up under previous manager Marco Silva and was linked with a move to Tottenham in the summer.

The Daily Mail believes that Digne could be worth as much as £70m as the Blues look to secure him at the club for the near future.
