As Romelu Lukaku celebrates his 27th birthday, Twitter account @thetoffees_com have asked fellow Blues fans how they would describe the target man.
The Belgian striker joined Everton in 2014 for a then-club record fee of £28m (via BBC Sport). Lukaku made the move from Chelsea and became a Goodison icon, scoring 87 goals in 166 appearances for the Toffees (via Transfermarkt).

After interest was shown from Manchester United three years later, Everton cashed in on their goal machine and earned £75m through the sale, plus £15m in add-ons (via BBC Sport).
However, Lukaku left a sour taste in some Evertonians’ mouths after he left and many are still unhappy with him. This shows in a lot of replies to the tweet calling for supporters to describe the Belgian in one word. One fan has said he was ‘wasted’ and ‘could have been a legend at Goodison’ whilst others have called him ‘arrogant’ and ‘lazy’. Read more of the best replies here:
