Everton: Fans slam Andreas Pereira transfer link

Many Everton fans have been slamming a transfer link to Manchester United midfield player Andreas Pereira after the Daily Star reported that the Merseyside club are interested in a possible deal in the upcoming summer transfer window.

However, as per the outlet, the Toffees face competition for his signature from both Newcastle United and West Ham United as the Red Devils look to offload the 24-year old in order to help fund a move for Ajax ace Donny van de Beek.

It is perhaps safe to say that Pereira has not exactly shone at Old Trafford in the 2019/20 season so far, give that he has only scored two goals and made a mere four assists in 37 games in all competitions for MUFC, according to Transfermarkt.

The £14.4 million-valued man has also been deployed in six different roles by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, and so may struggle to secure a regular starting place for the Blues outfit as there are question marks over what his best position actually is.

These EFC supporters slammed the link on Twitter as they maybe feel that the Brazilian international does not offer enough goals or assists for a midfielder and arguably does not fit in their current team anyway:
