Plenty of Everton fans have been slamming a transfer link to Davinson Sanchez as Don Balon (via The Toffee Blues) have linked the Spurs man to the Goodison Park faithful.
As per the Spanish news outlet, James Rodriguez would like his fellow Colombia international to sign for the Merseyside club, and he and Carlo Ancelotti have already spoken about a possible deal to bring him to the Toffees.

However, several EFC supporters are blasting the idea of Sanchez signing for the Blues as they perhaps feel as if he would not be an upgrade on who they currently have in the heart of their defence.

Comparing the stats of the 24 year-old to both Michael Keane and Yerry Mina in the Premier League so far in the 2020/21 term, Sanchez has averaged the fewest interceptions, blocks and passes per game, and also has the lowest pass success rate (Whoscored).
