With a new era at Everton set to begin following the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti at the weekend, you may have expected the dust to have settled by now.
However, some Everton fans on Twitter still can’t quite believe that the former Real Madrid and Bayern Munich coach is a Toffee.
Ancelotti takes charge of his first game at Goodison Park when Everton take on Burnley on Boxing Day, and after holding his first training session, the Italian sent a tweet including pictures of the 60-year-old in full Everton gear alongside his new team and assistant coach Duncan Ferguson.
It’s safe to say there is still plenty of excitement ahead of his first game amongst the fans, with supporters replying to their manager following his first day of training.
