Everton fans have been reacting to the feedback of the public consultation in relation to their new stadium, situated on the Bramley Moore Docks.
The result shows that the club are on track to submit planning permission by the end of 2019 for the £500m development on the north Liverpool waterside.

The Toffees will be expected to leave Goodison Park after over 125 years of playing football at the iconic ground. Everton are still in the early stages of introducing a new state of the art complex for the fans in 2024.

The consultation gave feedback on the redevelopment of the Goodison Park site, which could see new homes, jobs and health and education facilities introduced to the area.
Supporters were delighted with the news and made their feelings clear about their excitement about the new premises. One fan said that the club should ‘put the spade in the ground’ as quickly as possible, while another said that the club ‘made him smile’.
