Loads of Everton fans have been left lauding a piece of news on Denise Barrett-Baxendale.

As per the official website of the Goodison Park faithful, the chief executive of the Merseyside club has won the Business Woman of the Year award at the National Business Women’s Awards 2020.

She was commended for overseeing the project that will see a new stadium being built at Bramley-Moore Dock, and for her part in launching the engagement campaign Blue Family.

It is clear that she has done a lot of good work since her appointment as CEO for the Toffees, and a lot of Blues supporters are very appreciative of her and what she has brought to the club.
