Lots of Everton fans have been left to slam some early team news ahead of their home game versus Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

Speaking in his pre-game press conference ahead of the match against the Turf Moor faithful, Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that while Yerry Mina is back and available for the Merseyside club, James Rodriguez will be missing, as Gylfi Sigurdsson faces a late fitness assessment in training.

The Toffees could potentially be without two of their most creative forces at Goodison Park, with no fewer than eight assists between them in the top flight so far in the 2020/21 term, while Rodriguez has averaged the most key passes per game (1.7) and Sigurdsson the third-most (1.1) out of any of their teammates (Whoscored).

Sean Dyche's men will likely be a tough nut to crack, and the Blues will have to try and find a way past what is likely to be a very stubborn defence.
