Everton: Fans slam Jordan Pickford display against Leeds United

Loads of Everton fans have been slamming Jordan Pickford as they thought that the England international should have done better for the goal scored by Leeds United at Goodison Park.
Raphinha unleashed a fierce shot from the outside of the box into the bottom corner of the net to give Marcelo Bielsa’s team a 1-0 away win in the Premier League, but several supporters of the Merseyside club thought that Pickford should have got his hand to it.
Should Pickford be sold by Everton?
Yes

No

The 26-year-old has only managed to keep just one clean sheet in nine games in between the sticks so far in the 2020/21 term in the top flight, and he as also recorded two errors leading to shots and one that has lead to a goal for the other team (Sofascore).
With the arrival of Robin Olsen on loan from AS Roma in the summer transfer window, maybe it might be time for Carlo Ancelotti to take the goalkeeper out of the firing line for the next few matches?
Everton fan reaction to Pickford display
These EFC supporters slammed the performance of Pickford on Twitter, with one Toffee even claiming that the Englishman is a ‘liability’:
One of the worst keepers i’ve seen in 36 years of watching Everton. That said the defence is always one of the weakest i’ve seen in that time too. His decision making and hesitancy along with positional sense costs us dearly. Until we replace him we’ll continue to ship goals

Spot on. He’s great 1-1 when you need someone to through themselves at a shot. Technical positioning poor – no worse sight than a GK run out and then change mind.

Pickfords a liability at this stage, capable of doing anything, plus look at the amount of goals he’s conceded from outside the box over the years. Not good enough for #efc. @MrAncelotti has big decisions to make in next window.

Because he’s not very good. Didnt even get a hand to it.

Really poor positioning

He makes me nervous. I’ll be glad when we move him on.

His positioning is awful, but each to their own
