Many Everton fans have been left very unhappy with a manager update involving Lucien Favre.
As per The Guardian, the Goodison Park faithful had expressed an interest in him becoming their new manager over the last few days, but sources have indicated that he is not willing to take a job in the near future.
Favre has achieved a lot in his managerial career so far, with no fewer than five trophies to his name,while he has also managed some of the best clubs in the Bundesliga in Borussia Dortmund, Borussia Monchengladbach and Hertha Berlin (Transfermarkt).
However, the possibility of him becoming the next coach on Merseyside seems to be ruled out given that he does not want a job right now, meaning that it looks more likely that former Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez will become the new Toffees manager.
