Everton are reportedly eyeing up a transfer move for Cyle Larin, and are willing to offer Cenk Tosun plus cash, according to Fotomac.

As per the news outlet, West Ham United are also keeping track of the Besiktas ace, but the Goodison Park faithful believe that they have a 'trump card' in Tosun, who they want to offer on top of a transfer fee.

However, the Turkish club are seemingly not interested in that kind of deal and would prefer a straight sum of at least €15m (£12.8m) if they are to sell Larin.

Everton should sell Tosun and use cash to buy Larin

Carlo Ancelotti's team should seriously consider trying to get Tosun off of their books first of all in the summer window, then use any of the funds freed up from his sale to add to their offer to buy Larin.

The Canada international is on fire so far in the 2020/21 term, scoring no fewer than 18 goals and making a further four assists in 34 games in total over all competitions (Transfermarkt).

His national team manager John Herdman has recently described the striker as a 'predatory animal', while footballing legend Kaka claimed that the now 25-year-old 'can go far' in an interview back in 2017.

It is clear that Larin has come a long way since then, and now could be the perfect time for the Toffees to capitalise.
