Loads of Everton fans have been buzzing as Carlo Ancelotti has essentially told Yannick Bolasie to find a new club before the summer transfer window shuts.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference ahead of their fourth Premier League game of the 2020/21 term against Graham Potter’s Brighton and Hove Albion at Goodison Park this afternoon, the Italian said to the media with regards to Bolasie (via Phil Kirkbride):
“Bolasie is training well, professionally. He is not part of the squad. He can train with us until he finds a club at the end of the market. I have told him that we have a big squad and unfortunately there is no space for him.”
Indeed, it seems as if the DR Congo international has no future at the Toffees, and the Blues may be keen to find a buyer for him given that he currently earns £75,000 per week, or £3.9m a year, according to Salary Sport.
Should Everton sell Bolasie?
Bolasie has not played for Everton since 2018 and has only managed to score two goals and provide four assists in 32 appearances in all competitions, as per Transfermarkt.
These Toffees supporters were delighted upon reading the comments from Ancelotti on Twitter:

Ruthless Ancelotti this is what a winning mentality is all about. No time to carry any players, despite me liking Bolasie. Standards, all round need to rise👌🏿
