Everton have largely been quiet during the transfer window this summer in terms of bodies coming into the club, although they have been linked with a number of players.
Marco Silva was appointed as the new Toffees manager to replace Sam Allardyce after a rather poor Premier League season that saw them fighting for survival for the majority of it.
The Goodison Park outfit had been expecting to push for a place within European competition, having spent almost £200million, however, this summer looks as though it will be far less expensive.
Silva will be keen to bring in a number of recruits in certain areas to help improve the side and according to reports, he could be prepared to bring in one attacker that has been linked with a number of sides recently.
According to Kaveh Solhekol, Everton are thought to be in advanced talks with Bordeaux for winger Malcom about a possible deal.

The Sky Sports journalist states that the Brazilian is thought to be the subject of a deal worth around £30m with possible add-ons still being discussed.
The Verdict:

The 21-year-old has been tracked by a number of Europe’s biggest clubs over the past couple of transfer windows and should Everton land him it would be considered a major coup.
The winger has been electrifying for the French side and it is thought that it is only a moment of time before he makes his debut for his country’s senior side.
With a fee of around £30m being discussed, and dependent of the bonuses being added, it would appear that Everton could be about to land one of the bargains of the summer.
