Everton: Predicted XI to face West Ham

Everton have had a fantastic start to the season so far.

As it stands, they are currently third in the Premier League table, having won all three of their opening games in the division, whilst they have also made it through to the fourth round of the League Cup.

Tonight they face West Ham at Goodison Park in that competition and they will be hoping to continue their winning run. Here, we try and predict their starting XI for the match, with six changes anticipated from the team that beat Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Jordan Pickford did not cover himself in much glory against the Eagles last weekend and, as such, Carlo Ancelotti could give Joao Virginia another opportunity between the sticks.

In defence, there are likely to be changes. Lucas Digne and Seamus Coleman should both be rested, which could give starts for Niels Nkounkou and Jonjoe Kenny on the flanks. Meanwhile, at centre-back, expect both Michael Keane and Yerry Mina to be selected.

In the middle of the park, Ancelotti could well look to play a strong trio. Abdoulaye Doucoure and James Rodriguez should both keep their places, with the only change being Tom Davies coming in for Allan.

On the wings, £46.8m-valued Richarlison should start once more, with Alex Iwobi opposite him. Up top, expect to see Moise Kean. He has scored twice so far this campaign, both in the Carabao Cup, and as such he will be hoping to add to his tally against the Hammers tonight.
