Everton will meet Watford at Vicarage Road on Saturday as Marco Silva prepares to go up against his former club.
The Toffees’ boss is currently under pressure after a number of performances and results have been far from what the Goodison Park outfit have come to expect in recent months.
Silva, who saw his side beaten by Manchester City, will want to see some of the same intensity from his side in the Wednesday defeat in their trip to Hertfordshire.
However, according to the club’s official website, he could be without one of his key defenders for the fixture.
Yerry Mina is a doubt for the Watford game as he continues to struggle with a foot problem and will need to be assessed ahead of the game.
Phil Jagielka and Leighton Baines remain unavailable as the pair continue to remain on the sidelines with their respective knocks.
The Verdict:

With the pressure appearing to be firmly on Silva, Everton must view the game against Watford as one where they must take three points.
However, with Mina’s possibly absence, it could be a testing affair with the manager’s former club.
Watford have been impressive under Javi Gracia this season and have more than enough quality and ability to cause The Toffees a frustrating Saturday afternoon.
