After failed attempts in the past, it looks as if David Moyes will try once again to bring Michael Owen back to his boyhood club in a loan deal.
The Everton manager tried, and failed, to tempt Owen back to the club he supported as a young boy last summer, so what can Moyes offer differently now?
Not a lot you would’ve thought but Owen’s appearances have been few and far between at Old Trafford, and it is thought that Fergie will allow the former England International to leave to make room for new faces in his current squad.
Is Sir Alex right to let him leave? And should Moyes try to snap Owen up, given his form and injury woes?
