Everton fans were far from happy with Gylfi Sigurdsson against Fulham despite their 3-2 victory at Craven Cottage.
After winning their first four matches of the campaign, the Toffees stumbled and went on to lose their next three. Fortunately, this past weekend they came up against a side that has won just once themselves all season. Dominic Calvert-Lewin was superb and scored twice, with Abdoulaye Doucoure getting the other.

Sigurdsson was brought on in the second half and he flattered to deceive. In just 14 minutes on the pitch, he gave the ball away seven times – that came from just 14 touches of the ball as well.

He has been in the bad books for the fans at Goodison Park for a while, and it was no different against the Cottagers – they took to Twitter to slam his latest display.
Let’s see what the fans had to say about Sigurdsson below
His best game in an Everton shirt. Superb energy and running. Sigurdsson on the other hand. Disgrace. Get rid in January

Get rid ASAP

He wasnt good enough to begin with. Complete waste of money

He will be the next Morgan shneiderlin, will slag the club off when he goes, he clearly hasn’t got the attitude or mentality of Carlo and the other lads.. happy to give 50% effort and point alot, won’t be sad when he eventually leaves.. shame really

In all seriousness I’d take £10 for Sigurdsson in the January transfer window. He’s one of those luxury players who contributes nothing to the team. Lazy as hell. I can’t say anything positive about him.

Really professional performance from Davies yesterday, the type you’d expect to see from an experienced player like Sigurdsson, who instead showed all the composure of a bull in a china shop https://t.co/VTqMC39Jt0

In other news, Everton fans are delighted as this top transfer target asks to leave his current club.
