Poland FA chief Zbigniew Boniek does not think that Arkadiusz Milik will sign for Juventus in what could be a big boost to Everton in their hopes of signing him.
Speaking to Radio Kiss Kiss (via Inside Futbol), he said: “I don’t think he’s going to Juventus.”
Boniek also warned Milik that he needs to sort out his situation at Napoli if he wants to go to Euro 2020 next summer, which could open the door for the Goodison Park faithful to make their move if he is made available in the January transfer window.

The Merseyside club are reportedly fighting Spurs for his services, and could be available for as little as €20m (£18m), including bonuses in terms of goals and appearances.
Ancelotti admires Milik
Indeed, Carlo Ancelotti is a big admirer of the 26 year-old, going back to the days when he used to manage him in Naples, as the Italian coach even claimed that he was ‘sensational’ after a 2-1 win over Lazio.

Having had Milik play under him before, Ancelotti understands his game, and therefore will know how to get the very best out of the Poland international in the Premier League.
Milik would be a smart signing
Indeed, Milik would be a smart bit of business from the Blues as he would add another goal threat up top, which could prove to be useful if the likes of Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin are injured or misfiring for a sustained period of time. There is little depth behind the star duo.
The striker scored no fewer than 14 goals in 35 games in all competitions for the Naples team in the 2019/20 term, and has also scored 15 times for his country at senior international level (Transfermarkt).
However, the Toffees may still face competition from Tottenham Hotspur for his signature and so a good offer will need to be made in order to persuade the forward to join EFC instead.
