Celtic slumped to a 3-1 defeat last night away at Austrian champions Red Bull Salzburg. It was a night to forget for the Bhoys who now sit third in their group with third points on the board. Evidently, Celtic were played off the park and the difference in technical ability to there for all to see.
This isn’t a Celtic point but was evident within 10 minutes the gap between the champions of Austria and Scotland was massive. Technically in a different league.

It hasn’t been a season to boast about so far for Celtic as they lie in fifth position in the League, seven games in. The Scottish champions seem to be missing Moussa Dembele’s attacking prowess and lack a player who guarantees goals at the moment, hence why Olivier Ntcham is their leading scorer in the League with just two.
Although Brendan Rodgers has won a remarkable six trophies during his time at Celtic Park, that doesn’t make him immune to criticism as Celtic fans made very clear. Considering the notable players that Rodgers has at his disposal, the supporters have a right to lament their dissatisfaction at the Northern Irishman and his players as they did so after the game against Salzburg.
That’s what happens when you’re a fake club bankrolled by billionaires

Our revenue streams massively outweigh Salzburg's so theyre quite clearly better managed in all areas of their club.

Technically these teams are better which is why you've got to do something different away from home. Rodgers is 1 deimentional .
