Rangers: Fans love Nicolo Schira update on Jack Wilshere

Glasgow Rangers left it late during the transfer window to complete a deal for the midfielder Steven Gerrard had long been seeking, but they finally got the transfer over the line.

Late on deadline day on Monday, Bongani Zungu completed his move to Ibrox, albeit on loan. He will spend the rest of the 2020/21 campaign with the 54-time Scottish champions and Gerrard will be hoping he can make a massive difference as Rangers go in search of major silverware.

The South Africa international was one of eight senior signings made during the window and the ‘Gers may not be finished there. According to journalist Nicolo Schira, Rangers are in advanced talks with Jack Wilshere. The 28-year-old recently became a free agent after ending his contract at West Ham and could therefore be a bargain signing.
