Antonio Conte’s Chelsea have been one of the stories of the season so far, with the Italian’s exuberance on the touchline a great thing for the English Premier League.
His new look Blues side has not conceded a goal for four games and his team currently sit a point off the pace at the summit of the Premier League.
Conte’s defensive style has seemingly come to the fore and they are looking every inch the real deal at present, much to the delight of their loyal supporters who can regularly be found supping away their wages here in the Transfer Tavern.

Oscar
The little Brazilian has been on the bench on several occasions during the current campaign and there is a sense that he isn’t fancied by Conte and his backroom staff.
The 25-year-old still has a lot to give and with a regular run of games for the first-team he could easily become one of the better midfielders in the Premier League.
One of our resident Chelsea supporters thinks Oscar is a quality player on his days, stating the Conte should start to utilise him a little bit more often in the future.
Cesc Fabregas
The Spaniard was rumoured to be on the verge of departing Stamford Bridge during the summer, with Juventus keen on luring the midfielder to Turin. Luckily for some of the regular Blues faithful here in the Tavern, the move came to no avail.
Fabregas could still depart the Bridge during the next transfer window and fans are already feeling disgruntled here in the Tavern.
The 29-year-old is a quality servant to the Premier League and our regular pool captain here in the Tavern believes that the ex-Arsenal man would get in any other side in the division, believing he is still that good!
