What is happening at Real Madrid? Not only has Jose Mourinho fallen out with Sporting Director Jorge Valdano, but now after months of feuding with Cristiano Ronaldo, and after negotiations over a new contract have stalled, it appears that Sergio Ramos is ready to quit the Bernabeu. And both Arsene Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson will be delighted to hear the news that Ramos may want to come to the Premiership.
Ramos, rapidly becoming ‘Mr. Madrid’ after six seasons with Real, and being one of the few members of the Spanish World Cup winning team to represent a Real Madrid contingent and play alongside many Barcelona icons, looks to be on his way out of the Spanish capital. Reports have emerged that Ramos has grown tired of Ronaldo’s antics (what could he have possibly done to make him want to quit Real, used all the hair gel in the Bernabeu changing rooms??) and that Ramos is unhappy with the club’s management over their lack of backing for the their own stalwart and their offers of a new contract.
Arguably the best right back in the world, and having won both the World Cup and European Championship – where he was a key part of a stingy defence and a brand of attacking football not seen anywhere before – Ramos would be a massive coup for any club, but particularly for a Premiership outfit with designs on winning the title and the Champions League. He can get up and down, score goals and create and has defensive attributes that not many others have, and is apparently up for grabs for only £25 million.
Fergie needs a long-term successor to Gary Neville (who would be better?), but Wenger also needs an experienced, ball-playing defender who could equally star in the centre of his or any defence.
Only two questions remain: where will he end up? And how much will he cost?

I hope Arsenal can lap Ramos up. He is definately one of the best and would love to see the creative football that he and Cesc would put together.
@Anderew- He probably wants to win thing so he’ll end up at United.
Would love to see him at United as he can play at both right back and as a center back. He would fit in well at United. Now, United just need to sign a left winger and an attacking central midfielder.
FORGET THEM COME TO TOTTENHAM!!! WITH BALE ON THE LEFT AND RAMOS ON THE RIGHT DOING HIS DAMAGE JUST EFECTIVELY AS A WING PLAYER BUT AS A RB!!! GELLING IN WITH THE QUALITY PLAYERS WE ALL READY HAVE WOULD BE MESMERISING TO WATCH WHAT HIS SOLID PLAY AND FLAIR COULD DO TO OUR ALREADY KNOWN ATTACKING STYLE OF PLAY, WOULD LEAVE MY MOUTH DROOLING!!!(SOMEBODY PLZ PASS ME A NAPKIN!!!
