Blues fans here in the Tavern are anticipating a busy summer for their side, with the hope of bringing in some more attacking quality.
Chelsea haven’t been at their normal best this season after the championship winning campaign last time out seems to have been forgotten with them looking far from title contenders.
However, when things aren’t going your way there’s going to be some troublesome times, which is exactly what Chelsea have been on the receiving end of this season. Constant rifts, wasted talent and a slip in consistency have all been different aspects of their downfall, but a January transfer window makeover may just solve this.
Of course, having seen the likes of Diego Costa and Didier Drogba tear up Stamford Bridge in the past, you struggle to see who replicates that kind of standard in their current attack apart from the obvious Eden Hazard.
Indeed, Chelsea are looking short on the attacking front with only a couple of top-quality forward options. Therefore, reports in the Independent have suggested that Antonio Conte anticipates the club to do business in January, with a forward being the main target.
Nevertheless, with Chelsea looking to bring some attacking personnel in to Cobham in January, here’s a look at TWO players who could be on their way.

The 18-year-old French winger is yet another product of their flourishing youth-system, currently putting in some eye-catching performances in their U’17 side.
His attraction sparked from his performances in the U’17 World Cup in India, where he managed to find the back of the net against Spain in what was a huge step in his career.
He’s currently playing for Ligue 2 side Brest as the club’s most promising prospect, but after attracting interest from Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City it looks as if they won’t be able to keep hold of him for much longer.
Moussa Dembele

Celtic’s main man has been influential in their meteoric rise over the past couple of seasons, as he continues to be one of the most sought after youngsters in world football.
Having suffered from injuries during his time in Scotland he’s soon put those days behind him, as he’s managed to find the back of the net 8 times already this season with 3 assists to add to his record.
With the goal-scoring abilities and sheer pace at the young age of 21, reports in the Metro suggested that Moussa Dembele is now open to a move to the Premier League, with Chelsea having been interested in the striker during the summer months. Perhaps he could fill their striker void.
Chelsea fans, thoughts?
