Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern are certainly looking forward to seeing their side get going this season in the Championship.
Indeed, it’s not long now until the men from Elland Road learn who they are going to play throughout the campaign with the fixture list due later this month and from there it’ll be full steam ahead.
Leeds, though, are still to sign a manager and that is surely a concern when it comes to them trying to sign players in the summer window.
Indeed, it appears as though they have missed out on signing David Stockdale – though it’s up for debate as to whether that is due to a lack of manager – with the ‘keeper moving to Birmingham instead.
Certainly, that is what Phil Hay is reporting on Twitter at least:
