It was, of course, only a year ago that the Columbian came to Chelsea on loan, with the Columbian struggling in the Premier League and never really impressing in a Blue shirt.
Similarly, it was the same story the year prior – with the forward failing to make a name for himself at Man Utd.
In truth, it was the Chelsea and Man Utd fans in the Transfer Tavern that were having the biggest reaction to the game, with many in awe of Falcao’s impressive performance.
He picked up 2 goals on the night, and he could have bagged a few more, and that left them all asking the same question: where was this Falcao when he played in the Premier League?!
It was a very similar tale on Twitter too, with both sets of fans lamenting the Columbian’s failed stint in the Premier League, with many hoping that their side might give him another chance.
