Glasgow Rangers: Fans delighted with Castore update

It has been a very busy few months off the pitch for Glasgow Rangers following the suspension and subsequent premature end to the season.

The biggest news has been their new manufacturing deal – unless you have been living under a rock, you will know that Hummel were recently replaced by Castore as the club’s kit producer. The Gers and the Liverpool-based company signed off on a five-year contract that will bring in £25m to Ibrox.

The initial signs have been fantastic. The home shirt, which was released on July 1st, sold out within less than two days and now, there have been a whole host of announcements in regards to future plans. The club and Castore have confirmed that the Official Online Store will be live from August 1st, the new away kit will be revealed in the first game of the season against Aberdeen, and the club’s new official shop will open to the public on August 6th – these were just a few of the points from the club’s statement.
