Glasgow Rangers: Fans rage at Neil Doncaster’s comments

Glasgow Rangers have had plenty of problems with Neil Doncaster and the SPFL over the past few weeks and months.

For a start, they accused the governing body of corruption following the resolution proposal vote that saw Dundee’s choice first not registered and then changed. The Gers even put together a 200-page dossier they believed proved that there was wrongdoing, and the other 41 clubs were even asked if they wanted to see an independent investigation into the body – that was eventually quashed.

Doncaster’s comments have been constantly questioned by fans of the Ibrox outfit, and his latest quotes are no exception. He has been talking on Sky Sports News about the current court case with Hearts and Partick Thistle, and he has said it was impossible for the league to play the rest of their games – despite the majority of Europe’s top-tier divisions now returning to the field.
