Glasgow Rangers now know their fixtures for the 2020/21 campaign.
There has been plenty of chaos north of the border following the premature end to the 2019/20 term, but now the Gers can look forward to the next campaign as they look to win their first Scottish Premiership title since 2011.

It has been revealed that they will kick off their campaign with a trip to Pittodrie to face Aberdeen, with St. Mirren, St. Johnstone and Livingston to follow. Each new season, the games against Celtic are the first ones many fans look at – the first Old Firm clash this time out will be at Parkhead on October 4th, with the other games on January 2nd and March 20th.

As is usually the case, the Gers fans have been reacting to the news, and it is fair to say they are far from happy with the schedule – they do not seem to appreciate having to go to Aberdeen on the first day of the season, indeed it is a tough game as the Dons finished fourth last term.
Added to that, they believe the first Celtic game should be earlier, with one fan even calling it “corruption of the highest order”. They have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts, and you can see some of the best comments from the social media platform below.
Celtic away moved just so they can get their fans in the stadium . Apart from that the fixtures are still an absolute joke https://t.co/7PjqaG8PRT

Just saw that …. corruption knows no bounds . It looks like Peter did the fixture list himself…. could have put money on us away to Aberdeen first game 🤨
