Glasgow Rangers once again proved against Hamilton this weekend that they have a real shot at winning the Premiership title this term.
The Gers went into the game on the back of a run that saw them win four of their first five games of the campaign without conceding a goal – and they were once again victorious against their latest opponents. In the end, the Gers prevailed 2-0, with Ianis Hagi and James Tavernier scoring the goals.

The win sees the Ibrox outfit retain their spot on top of the table, with them even opening up a three-point gap over second-placed Hibernian after the Edinburgh side’s loss against Aberdeen.
However, despite the positive weekend, 23-year-old Brandon Barker was not spared from the fans’ criticism following his disappointing display. It was arguably his finishing which caused the most uproar, with him failing to hit the target with both of his shots, one of which he probably should have scored.
